Karen was the absolute best. Not only was she readily available to show us all of the properties we wanted to see she also made a very otherwise stressful process go so smoothly and we felt minimal stress. She was there to assist and answer any questions we had as first time home buyers and she also referred us to all of the lenders we needed for the process. She negotiated on our behalf with the seller/ builder so that we didn't have to and got us everything we wanted. She was so genuinely caring and we couldn't have done it without her. Thanks to Karen, we got our dream home. We could not recommend her enough for all your real estate needs!!!!!
